Manufacturing Operative - Near Taunton (TA21 postcode), Somerset - Temporary to Permanent

Manufacturing Operatives required in Wellington near Taunton.

You will be working in a team environment, operating, and maintaining the machinery, working at a consistent speed to hit productivity targets. Monitoring the production line to ensure the smooth running of the production. Following safety procedures in handling materials, feeding them into the machines.

**Hours of work**:
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 6.00am to 2.00pm and 2.00pm to 10.00pm on a weekly rotational shift.

**Rate of pay**:
The starting rate of pay is £11.90 an hour with 2 achievable pay rises within the first year which are linked to your training and productivity.

There would be regular overtime available which is paid at time and half.

All breaks are paid.
