**Overall Job Purpose**
This in an exciting role that has opened up in Vitality’s Finance Division working in the Treasury team. It is perfect for someone that is hungry, driven and at the beginning of their career.
The main purpose of this role is to process all payments transactions for Group in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring that banking regulations and rules as a Direct Debit Service User are always applied and adhered to and inline with standard operating processes
**Accountabilities**
- Ensure all receipts are processed in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure all payment are processed in a timely and accurate manner
- Process all receipts and payment rejections onto the various Group systems
- Perform daily performance check on all BACS files before release
- Deal with queries and action requests from internal stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner
- Being able to work in a fast paced environment
- being able to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders
**Skills Required**:
Essential
- Min 12 months experience in an office environment, where required to organise and prioritise own workload
- Basic knowledge of Excel
- Previous experience working in a Finance processing role
Desirable
- Prior experience working in a similar Treasury or Banking role
- Understanding of the banking regulations and BACS/Direct debit rules
- More advanced use of Excel
