TaskMaster Scotland is excited to be representing our client in Renfrewshire, who is seeking a motivated Logistics Transport Planner/Administrator to join their operations team. This role involves initially working Monday to Friday for training, transitioning to a four on, four off shift pattern upon completion.

**What do we require for our client as a logistics transport planner / administrator**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- Excellent administration skills.
- Valid UK Driving Licence due to site location.
- Proficiency in MS Packages, FTA Gateway/Vision, and Tachomaster.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately.
- Enthusiastic with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization.

**Your duties and responsibilities as a transport planner / administrator will be**:

- Efficiently plan all transport jobs
- Prepare comprehensive job packs
- Process material movements accurately
- Ensure completion of all company and client paperwork
- Maintain compliance with VOSA and Working Time Regulations
- Upload and analyse driver information
- Process invoices efficiently
