**Customer Care - Evenings & Weekends**
**Here at Pure Group, we are proud **to be the leading specialists in Direct Cremation, and due to our current growth plans, we are looking to recruit a part time team member to cover evenings and weekends for our Customer Care department, based at Charlton Park Crematorium, Andover.
**Salary £12,900 per annum**
**Working Hours and Rota: 18 hours per week**
Core hours: 17:00 - 20:30 Thursday & Friday + Saturday 08:30-20:30 (with an unpaid hour lunch break)
**The main purpose of the role** of Customer Care Evenings & Weekends Team is to take enquiries and instructions from clients and ensure that all the necessary information is captured and accurately recorded within the CRM system. You will need to be able to articulate the legal requirements at the point death and the Company’s procedures and processes which would be applicable. Full training will be provided.
A high degree of customer care is paramount to the post as it involves the general support of the elderly, vulnerable and bereaved and their families. You will need to have a caring and compassionate manner and be sympathetic to their circumstances
