We are looking for a Working Team Leader to oversee the running of our Construction Side. Managing the Team, making sure work completed on time.

You will be responsible for the running of the Dismantle of Existing Buildings & Construction of our concrete bases to accept our buildings

You must have held a similar position in previous employment.

**Duties**:
Arriving on Site and setting up to the require base size for the customers new building

Driving Machinery - Digger & Dumper

Be good with depth and levels making sure the best level are sought at all times.

The Knowledge of how to lay Hardcore, DPM & Constructing Timber Framing

Pouring and floating of the concrete

Leaving Customers Site Clean & Tidy

Other Duties may apply

Making sure each job runs smoothly and completed to our standard and running the team smoothly

Loading & Unloading Materials for each days job

Ordering Material

Staff Management

Delegate work

Strict HSE

Driving Licence Required

This position will involve some early starts and the very occasional Saturday & Overnight is required. You must also have your own transport to get to work due to location of yard. If you have the above experience please call 07896738901. No TXTS Please.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid driver's license
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Ability to lead and work effectively in a team
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience in ground working
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction
- Certification in relevant construction trades is a plus

Rate of Pay: £800.00 per week.
