**About**

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an independent, well respected and established family-run Estate Agency that has just celebrated its 125th anniversary in the business. A fast paced but enjoyable environment, we are looking to recruit a new member of our team to help us continue delivering the quality and professional services we offer to our clients and customers.

**Responsibilities**

This role will be varied on a day-to-day basis depending on the needs of the Business. The role will include everything from sales negotiations, taking and making calls, keeping customers up to date with the marketing of their property, showing clients around properties, pipeline sales chasing and occasionally may be required to cover valuations.

Working hours are 35.5 hours per week; Monday - Friday 8.45am - 5.15pm. There will also be a need to work alternative Saturdays (8.45am-1pm) but the successful applicant will receive a day off in lieu.

**Requirements**:
Essential
- Great attention to detail
- Well organised
- Experience in delivering high levels of customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Driven to win business at all levels
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm
- Ability to adapt depending on the clients’ and customers’ needs
- A clean, valid UK driving licence as a car will be available for use during office hours for appointments

Desirable
- Experience in an estate agency environment and the property market
- Familiar with the laws surrounding Anti Money Laundering

**Please note**: We may require references from previous employers covering a continuous term of one to five years depending on the level and position of the role you are offered.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Work Location: One location
