**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient workspace.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Utilise QuickBooks for financial tracking and invoicing as needed.
- Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Provide clerical support including filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members as required.
- Support the team with administrative tasks to enhance productivity and workflow.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Google Suite is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
- Familiarity with general office procedures and equipment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Pay: £22,880.00-£33,355.88 per year
