UX Designer

The role

This role will be instrumental in implementing the TalkTalk Business Wholesale design system across multiple products.

Working within the TalkTalk Business Wholesale product team you will be responsible for creation and adaption of user journeys for a variety of audiences including customers and internal teams.

As a team, we’re empathetic problem-solvers for both the customer and the business, and we understand how business problems are linked to customer problems and vice versa.

As a UX Designer, you are expected to have a good understanding of the UX Design process as well identifying which methods to use and when.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand user needs and translate these into user journeys and interfaces
- Develop creative ideas and deliver a great user experience
- Create wireframes, prototypes, designs for new features and product ideas
- Implement established design system, while working collaboratively to expand the system when required to meet new requirements
- Help to maintain design documentation, brand stewardship and ensure brand guidelines are adhered to.
- Work collaboratively with the digital product, marketing & automation teams to ensure consistency and constant improvement

To be successful in the role
- Good understanding of user-centred design practices and UX design processes/tools
- Experience working on web based business portals would be extremely advantageous.
- Excellent communicator and is at ease working with a complex mix of engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
- Be able to present your design with clarity and precision
- You should be confident and excited to take on complex design challenges that require strong problem-solving skills
- Familiar with agile methodology’s
- Knowledge of design and prototyping tools e.g.
- Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Invision
- Photoshop, Illustrator
