Breakthrough in Education are looking for inspirational and creative SEN teaching assistants to work in a Primary setting in the Ipswich area. This role is in a challenging behaviour classroom with pupils with SEN needs.

You will be working in a strong and positive team environment with other learning support assistants. With a pupil-focused approach to education within the class, this pupil will have their own educational learning goals, you will be expected to work with the teacher and the pupil to help them achieve their goals. Increasing self-efficacy, life skills, confidence and positivity are at the heart of this role.

- Working in a team to facilitate safe and successful learning.
- Individualising your approach to each child in order to best support their learning.
- Using play as an important aspect of learning in SEND pupils.
- Ensuring that safeguarding standards are met.
- Using creativity to enhance the learning experiences of pupils.

Anyone starting in the position will be asked to complete our online Safeguarding training and you will also be provided with information and training around the new Covid procedures within the school.

**Salary**: £75.00-£85.00 per day
