Pertemps have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer based in Southampton. You will be working for one the UK's leading commercial catering and refrigeration equipment suppliers.
As a Refrigeration Engineer you will be reporting directly in to the Service Director. The purpose of this role is the service and maintenance of commercial refrigeration equipment.
Overview of this Refrigeration Engineer role:

- Service, maintenance and repair of commercial catering equipment
- Fault Finding on refrigeration commercial catering equipment
- Customer facing position - meeting and liaising with clients in a professional manner
- Ensuring all paperwork completed in full and in a timely manner
- Carrying out regular stock management of parts
- Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
- Working to customer service levels, ensuring their food service equipment is repaired and returned to service as quickly as possible
- 42.5 hours per week (Average with overtime is 55 hours a week)
- On call rota - 1- 4, paid for the full week £100
- Up to £38,000 per annum

Person Specification:
Essential:

- Previous experience working as a refrigeration service engineer, ideally within catering industry
- Full Driving License
- Strong inter-personal skills
- IT Savvy
Desirable:

- COMCAT 1 & 5
- CONGLP1 PD
- C&G 2382-15 (17th Edition)
- Combiovens
- Microwaves
- Warewash

**Benefits**:

- Overtime paid at time and a half, double on Sunday
