You work in Mondelēz International Business Services, coordinating your duties to support impeccable service operations. In this role, you work with other employees to ensure that processes are adhered to and documented.

**How you will contribute**

When you receive a request that is pertinent to your area of responsibility, you will review and co-ordinates activities to respond to that request, communicating progress to clients and scheduling meetings as appropriate, and ensuring service quality is delivered. Good technical writing skills are necessary in this role because you will write documentation and follow up on downstream processes. In addition, you will manage the filing and storage of documentation, ensuring that Mondelēz International complies with the appropriate data privacy and legal requirements. You will also initiate and follow up on activities as required by third-party vendors, ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data and produce and analyse reports as required, and recommend and take action on opportunities for continuous improvement.

**Purpose of the Role**:
To be the Subject Matter Expert and manage Time & Attendance processes and queries for the ‘White Collar’ population in Spain and be the “go to” person for the Time Tracking project for the MEU ‘White Collar’ population in Spain.

**Main Responsibilities**:
Time & Attendance Specialist for Spain:

- First point of contact for time tracking queries, issues management and support for Employees and Managers
- Manage Workday input for all accrued balances, paid out/changes to time balances
- Reports Management for Spain:

- Lead on design and support delivery of emerging reports requirements for time tracking
- Run and submit reports to different teams, including local People Services, as required
- Time track reports to Public Authorities, as required
- Monitoring of hours worked at home versus hours worked at the office (“Smart Working” policy)
- Pro-actively work to support the Spain business with monitoring time tracking data, ensuring timely and accurate data entry
- Work with the People Lead to create and deliver comms to employees / managers
- Subject Matter Expert as “go to” person with deep understanding of the Spain worktime policy and the Spanish legislation regarding time tracking
- Partner with Payroll to ensure any overtime pay-outs are processed correctly
- Pro-actively monitor the compliance to working time legislation.
- Lead and deliver Continuous Improvement for system enhancement in support of Workday system module owner
- Own and maintain Knowledge Articles Time Tracking Module Spain.

**Education**:
Educated to Degree level or equivalent desirable

Fluent in English and Spanish

**Skills and Experiences**
- Knowledge of Workday Time and Attendance module and local Spanish time tracking legislation
- High operational excellence and ability to work under pressure
- Strong stakeholder management at multiple levels and functions in the organisation, with direct and indirect influence. Ability to negotiate and influence decision making
- Continuous Improvement mindset - ability to take concepts/ideas and turn into practical operational deployment
- Excellent problem solving and judgment skills
- Able to multi-task and manage a fluctuating workload
- Relationship management experience with client-focus
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish required (oral and written)
- Highly computer literate, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams
- High analytical and organisational skills
- Data management
