To engage with insurers to help source and obtain appropriate insurance solution for our clients in a timely manner Provide exceptional customer service support for non-technical queries relating to our clients insurance policies. **Other Responsibilities** - Provide support within our Enterprise team to help deliver our clients an exceptional customer service across a number of key operational elements including: - Working with Insurers to obtain suitable insurance terms for our clients in a timely manner. - Documentation processing in line with key policy events - Documentation checking prior to Commercial Account Handler presenting insurance terms to client. - Accounts procedures and queries to be complied with - Post processing within the company timescales and to company standards - Preparation and issue of Renewal and Mid Term Reports for issue to Clients/Insurers - File Maintenance - Securing payment from Clients within agreed timescales - Contribution to overall efficient running of business division - Open communication and liaison with all other departments within the company - Diary - accurate use and maintenance - Accurate use of task bar & diary systems to ensure workload is managed and any problems reported to Team Leader - Ensure accuracy, efficiency and professionalism when dealing with both client and insurer. - Ensure all business activity fully complies with FCA regulation and company procedures as detailed in the compliance manual - use checklists and support documentation as provided by the company to assist with demonstrating compliance. - Handle any complaints in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. - Conduct learning, training and assessment exercises in accordance with the individual T&C scheme applicable to you. Identify further areas for development as required. **Salary**: £20,000.00 per year Schedule: - Monday to Friday **Education**: - GCSE or equivalent (required) Work authorisation: - United Kingdom (required) Work Location: In person
