To be part of a large team within a busy Hospital and ensure that patients are moved safely to different areas of the Hospital.
To be a person who is physically fit to be able to keep up with the demands of a portering role.
Transferring patients, carrying out bottle/gas runs, attending fire calls, cardiac arrest calls, helicopter calls, major incidents, collapsed patients, mortuary tasks.
