We are looking for an office administrator based in our Witham Site.

The role will be a part time role and will be 20 hours a week, spread over 5 days Monday to Friday. We can offer flexibility on hours worked if appropriate

LI-CW1

Dispatch and Sales Admin Support
- Run a daily manifest from our Couriers
- Confirm all consignments are out for delivery
- Record on the In-House Database POD’s for each Job
- Supply a POD list for Large Job Campaigns, when required
- Contact the Courier if any issues arise and action where required
- On receipt of the Courier Invoices
- Raise a PO
- Record the amount on the In-House database for each job
- Claim for credit for any lost or damaged consignments
- Liase with external supplier to obtain Labels for International and oversize Consignments
- Get the information from Production in a timely manner
On receipt of labels, pass them to Production / Dispatch
- Run a POD report and record on the In-House database

1+ years of previous administrative experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Basic analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.

Good verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).

Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external clients.
- Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
- Ability to work with and influence peers and management.
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
- Ability to work overtime as necessary.
