West Twyford Primary School is a friendly and supportive two-form entry school and we have a strong focus on excellent teaching and learning across the curriculum. We believe in offering a wide variety of enrichment activities for our pupils and have an excellent music provision. Emotional health & well-being is promoted throughout the school and we have a community of settled, happy and positive learners.

Due to an increase in pupils requiring 1:1 and additional support, we are looking to recruit a Learning Support Assistant.

You would be working as part of a confident, effective staff team committed to offering children an exciting, creative curriculum with a wide range of sporting, musical and artistic experiences.

**You should**:

- have recent, relevant experience of working with primary age children
- be flexible to work across the school as and when necessary
- be highly motivated and enthusiastic about nurturing, inspiring and motivating our children
- be committed to promoting the inclusion of all pupils, ensuring they have equal opportunities to learn and develop.
- have experience of working with children with additional needs.
