We are currently looking for a driven, enthusiastic Trainee Administrator to join our company for a vibrant and dynamic Family Run Business based at our Head Office in Bradford, working in our Sales Department.

This role will all be in house and all training will be provided. You should be well-organised, flexible, and willing to assist wherever possible,

Main responsibilities are:

- To learn to work as part of a team, supporting colleagues to deliver an excellent Administrative service
- To organise work tasks and duties to meet agreed standards
- To undertake routine administrative tasks and learn the processes for, and including:

- Record keeping, filing, data input and retrieval
- Preparing routine correspondence and information packs as required
- Photocopying and Scanning
- Taking telephone messages and dealing with basic telephone enquiries
- To communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in relation to work undertaken
- To work with others to help improve work organisation and effectiveness
- To communicate effectively with colleagues in relation to work undertake

To be successful as a Trainee Administrator, you must have great time management skills and be willing to fit into the existing staff structure. You will need to build good relationships with colleagues, and ultimately make a lasting impression.

**Responsibilities**:

- Participating in as many learning opportunities as possible.
- Assisting within all departments, but also learning about other aspects of the company.
- Observing health and safety procedures.
- Completing presentations, and other required evaluations.
- Working in the office
- Positively receiving feedback.
- Attending meetings and offering suggestions for improvement.
- Keeping a log of everything learned.
- Building professional relationships with colleagues and customers.:

- Good time management, critical, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- A growth mindset and passion for learning.
