MCG Construction Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Surveyor (Building), who specializes in assessing and managing properties, buildings, and construction projects in Staffordshire.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the construction, repair, and maintenance of properties
- Conduct surveys and inspections to ensure UK building codes and regulations are being followed
- Manage budgets, contracts, and risk associated with construction projects
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and standards

**Requirements**:

- The role requires a HNC or HND in Construction Management, or related field, as a minimum. A degree is desirable.
- Experience with AutoCAD LT is essential.
- Experience mainly of the Public and Commercial Sector, not residential, is essential, as the role focuses on educational sites.
- A good awareness of Carbon neutral and carbon reduction is important.
