Account Executive

As a Account Executive, you will be supporting aftermarket brands with marketing activity, client meetings, briefing in creative requirements, managing projects, whilst dealing with global requests. You will be reporting directly to the Senior Account Manager.

Our client based in Harpenden is an award winning integrated marketing agency who provide a range of services including digital marketing, hotel marketing, social media marketing, and strategic planning. They are bringing an exciting blend of creativityand strategy, with a specialism in leisure, retail and automotive.
**Description**
As a Account Executive, you will have the following responsibilities:
- **Communication**: You must thrive on communicating and interacting with clients, to help manage internal and external relationships. You will ensure all relations are consistently thriving, highlighting client needs, and identifying opportunitieswhere possible
- **Reporting**:Managing client reporting to ensure the client and the internal team are consistently aligned to the same goals and objectives. You will report weekly to clients and ensure you are reaching deliverable
- **Research**:You must consistently be aware of upcoming trends and up-to-date with potential opportunities
- **Time management**: Have the ability to re-prioritise and organise tasks frequently, as new projects come in
- **Creativity**: Briefing in creative requirements with the account team
- Understanding of regionalisation, localisation and translation processes
- Ability to think 'outside of the box' wherever required
- Proof reading across multiple language versions of digital and print assets
- Client meetings including preparation, calls and post meeting contact reports
**Profile**
- Ideally at least 1 years creative/marketing agency experience (relevant client-side experience considered)
- Additional language skills useful, but not essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, writing concisely and persuasively
- Ability to develop and cultivate client relationships, and to expand networks
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
- Highly motivated, with a can-do attitude and passion for achieving results
