Leach Holdings Scotland Limited predominately works within the Real Estate sector, however we do to have investments in other industries which include hospitality, medical and marketing. No one day will be the same.

This is a new role within the business supporting the finance department with its expanding workload.

The position will be office based (city centre); your surroundings will not disappoint. You will have discounted access to our onsite coffee shop (Free hot beverages - all the coffee your body can handle). Your hours will be 08:30 am till 05:30pm, Monday through to Friday. Daily dress down - no suits required

28-days annual Holiday (January to December).

The role of the Junior Accounts Assistant within the department will perform a wide range of accounting tasks, some of your day-to-day duties and responsibilities include:

- Monthly or quarterly invoices for tenants
- Inputting of purchase invoices, as well as weekly payment schedules
- Debtors
- Reconciling of business bank account(s) and identifying discrepancies
- Maintain digital and physical financial records/documents.
- Provide ad hoc support as and when required.
- Liaise with other Heads of Departments within our investment portfolio to assist with their accounting needs

From time to time the Junior Accounts Assistant may need to cover holidays & sick days for the Office Manager.

Having worked with Xero would be beneficial, however not necessary, if you have some accounting software knowledge. You would need to have basic bookkeeping experience, be familiar with regulations, the ability to spot errors, as well as have good organisational skills. You will have the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
