Customer Service Manager

Robert Half are currently recruiting for a Customer Services Manager to join our client in Stapleton, on a temporary to permanent contract. Our client is one of the UK's leading providers in their field, making a real difference to the lives of the peoplethey support.
This position will start at a very quick turnaround; therefore, you must be immediately available to be considered. This position is fully office based; therefore, you also must be within commutable distance of Stapleton. There is plenty of free parkingon site.
This is a full time position of 37.5 hours per week.
**Responsibilities of the Customer Services Manager include but are not limited to**:
- Delivering first class customer service to all internal and external clients, as well as other departments within the organisation.
- Logging all enquiries, and updating as necessary on the CRM system, Salesforce.
- Ensuring all incoming calls to the department are handled in the most appropriate and professional manner.
**Your Profile**:
- Strong proven experience in an administrative and/or a customer service role is essential for this position.
- Competent in the use of IT systems and databases, ideally with experience using Salesforce.
- Experience in either a legal or health care setting is highly desirable, but not essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
