We are now recruiting a **Reservations Agent** to join our team at **Lea Marston Hotel.**

As a **Reservations Agent** you are responsible for increasing sales made by the Sales and Reservations team by directly managing calls and customer queries effectively. We want a **dedicated** individual who oozes **confidence **and shows genuine **sincerity** for their team and every guest that walks through our doors

**Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards**:

- To be responsible for selling the hotel and achieving maximum room occupancy at all times, whenever possible making additional sales on upgraded packages or food & beverage options.
- To ensure all correspondence are answered at once and filed accurately.
- To maintain a professional working relationship and good communication with all departments across the hotel.
- To ensure all bookings received are recorded correctly and updated when confirmed or amended.
- To have an excellent eye for detail at all times to ensure complete accuracy when taking and inputting bookings.
- To provide up-to-date information for all departments as agreed.
- To undertake any other reasonable project as requested by your sales office manager to grow and improve the business.

**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year
