This is an exciting time to join the Northumberland County Council as a practicing Social Worker. You would be based in the Adolescent Service, a multi-disciplinary service made up of several teams specialist in meeting the needs of adolescent young peopleacross Northumberland.

We are seeking suitably qualified and experienced social workers who are keen to work with adolescents. It is very rewarding and you will benefit from the range of services all under one roof as well as access to training to support you to carry out this role.You will need to have frontline Social Work experience and will be able to deliver consistency, energy and passion to make a difference to young people's lives; as we place young people at the heart of all we do and aim to provide a quality service to youngpeople in care and care leavers to achieve the best possible outcomes for those young people, their families and carers.
