In 2023 we were named as a National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) Assured Service Provider for the NCSC Cyber Incident Response (CIR) Level 2 scheme. **Position**: Deliver Consultancy engagements focussed on data security and regulatory compliance. - Collaborate with Quorum Cyber clients from diverse industry sectors. - Participate in end-to-end client projects, including proof of concepts (POCs), requirements gathering, design, implementation planning and guidance, environment optimisation, and operationalisation of Purview Security & Compliance capabilities. - Utilise active listening and probing skills to understand business operations, challenges, and risks effectively. - Communicate with technical and business stakeholders to assess current-state and future-state requirements. - Translate business needs into technical architectures, visions, and roadmaps. - Research industry best practices and maintain extensive technical knowledge in the security and compliance field. - Collaborate and share expertise across strategic channel partnerships, such as with Microsoft. Support pre-sales activities as needed to enhance the Data Security Practice revenue pipeline. - Work closely with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and grow the client base. - Contribute to scoping, Statements of Work (SOWs), proposals, RFP responses, and presentations for potential clients. **Requirements**: - Capability to explain contemporary ideas of information classification, data leakage, and risk management in relation to Microsoft Security and Compliance products. - Demonstrated background in creating technical and architectural documents like Designs, Operating Models, and Solution Specifications. - Expert knowledge in the Microsoft Purview suite of services, particularly Insider Risk Management, Information Protection, and Data Loss Prevention. - Practical experience deploying Microsoft Purview and associated services in production environments. - Comprehensive understanding of the wider Microsoft 365 productivity ecosystem (i.e., Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams), including logical operations and standard deployment scenarios. - Familiarity with key regulatory compliance requirements for organisations using cloud services or general data processing (e.g. GDPR, DPA). - Initiative-taking and client-oriented individual with a strong passion for solving problems. - Possessing Microsoft Certifications such as "SC400 - Microsoft Information Protection Administrator" and "SC900 - Microsoft Security, Compliance and Identity Fundamentals" is advantageous. **Other information**: **I know I have done a great job if**: - I demonstrate unparalleled knowledge of the Microsoft Security & Compliance ecosystem across all domains including Purview, Syntex, Copilot(s), Defender, Entra, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, etc. - I plan, schedule, and manage workload effectively. Plans are communicated to stakeholders and work is delivered to the plan. - I have designed or implemented solutions that fulfil my client's requirements and expectations. - I thoroughly document the projects I undertake and maintain operational knowledge of Quorum Cyber’s clients. - I treat clients and peers with the utmost empathy, trust, respect, and integrity. - I receive excellent feedback from colleagues, clients and Quorum Cybers strategic partners. - I have raised my profile inside and outside of Quorum Cyber.
