£18,000 per annum

**Vacancy Description**:
To provide administrative support to the Property Management Service Charge Team, in the delivery of service excellence to our Clients, ensuring adherence to all Client and internal operational service level agreements.
- Support the end to end Service charge process
- Effective team mailbox management and distribution of tasks throughout the team, as necessary
- Assisting with providing accurate data to our 3rd Party support
- Requesting and Processing Balancing Management fees
- Assisting with closure of Service Charges and raising Tenant Demands
- Support the team with Adhoc request
- Any other administrative tasks which may be agreed with line manager on an adhoc basis
- Provide support to the various Stakeholders
- Processing Journals and reconciliation between systems

- Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met.

- Pro-active and enjoys working autonomously and as part of a wider team.
- Positive attitude and flexible approach to work.
- Good working knowledge (Word, Excel, MS Outlook) and Property Management systems would be advantageous.
- Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
