Acting as a member of the Regional Business Services Leadership Team, your main focus will be on leading your team and crucially, to ensure that our Regional Management Team and Consultants are fully supported to be at their very best in all they do.

Some days this could be working from home, on others it could be at one of our 2 regional offices, or even at a property. Your contracted place of work will be Rowallane House, Saintfield. What you'll be doing:The National Trust is a busy organisation, that has a lot going on at all times - you can guarantee that no day is the same, so you'll have to love variety and working at pace. Our team provide specialist support to our Regional Director, Assistant Directors and Consultants, so you'll lead a team of Business Service Co-ordinators who provide administrative and practical support to the Regional Management Team and beyond.

You'll help us plan and prepare for future activities and will be willing to be an active, passionate part of our team. You'll always champion best practices, and when it comes to service will be confident challenging the norm when you think there's a better way of doing something.

On any given day, you could be helping to arrange a region-wide event, liaising with external partners, or looking at ways to review and improve a process. You could be coaching a team member to develop a new skill or leading a task/finish group to transform service. You'll connect and form strong relationships with all members of the Regional Management Team and the other Regional Business Services Leads and be an active member of the National Business Services community.

- Highly organised and has experience of high-level support provision, in particular around the ability to co-ordinate multiple diaries in an agile and proactive way.
- A role model and leader with good people management skills, able to create a vision and encourage others to follow you to make it happen.
- A strong communicator who can confidently and clearly present their ideas and those of others.
- A strategic thinker who is able to understand how things fit together and spot the opportunities that appear.
- A process thinker with an enquiring mind who loves to explore the intricacies of how things work and what we can do to improve them.
- A confident multi-tasker, happy to roll their sleeves up and help us get the job done and able to prioritise own workload.
- A skilled IT user, happy to learn and explore new technology and systems as well as share the knowledge with others.
