I am helping one of my key clients, a global Medical Device company in Limerick, to recruit for a Supplier Quality Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.

They are a well known company, who have an excellent reputation for their culture, and prioritisation of employee well-being. You will be joining a company who offer lots of flexibility, including an excellent hybrid working policy which allows for up to4 days a week home working.

**The Role**:
The Supplier Quality Engineer in this role will play a key role in providing Quality Engineering support to the monitoring, approval and appraisal of suppliers from a quality perspective.

You will provide support to departments liaising with suppliers from an operations, engineering and quality control perspective, including providing support to process/ supplier validation, change requests, non-conforming product issues, CAPA program, riskassessment and associated Documentation.

**Your day to day responsibilities will include**:

- Performing supplier quality audits
- Tracking supplier quality KPI's and participating in supplier performance reviews.
- Review and support of Supplier Change Notifications.
- Review and approval of raw materials, first part approval and supplier process validations.
- Maintaining supplier quality documentation in conjunction with purchasing.
- Providing input into the CAPA program and the Non-Conforming Product Process.
- Supporting the Internal Audit, Vendor Audit and Regulatory Audit Programmes.
- Completion of risk assessment of suppliers, non-conforming materials and CAPA's.
