**Job Description**:

- We have an exciting opportunity to join our clients Training team who one of the leaders in their field. As a member of the People team, you will deliver training to Field Sales Agents, assess development needs and track learning effectiveness predominantly for the Commercial team.
- **Duties**:

- Creating and executing training, with particular emphasis on product and sales training for sales, on a one on one and group delivery basis.- Train out new or upgraded products.- Ensuring all new hires into sales are trained with appropriate levels of information and product knowledge.- Working with sales management to support their team with individual sales development needs.- Adopt a blended learning approach (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training).- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings. Translate existing PPT learnings into e-learnings where appropriate.**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Trainer in Fintech or Payments.- Design and delivery of product and sales training.- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods.- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).- Excellent communication and influencing skills.- Relationship building.- Must be able to travel to field sales agents.
