Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a payroll operative for AllCare GB Ltd to join our busy accounting team.

**Role**: Payroll Operative

**Salary**: £29,000 p/a

**Based**: All Care Head Office - Southampton

**Tasks**

Assisting in producing the monthly payroll for staff, administrators and carers

Administering the auto-enrolment pension scheme

Ensuring accuracy of all additions and deductions

Accurate reporting of RTI data and liaising with HMRC and ensuring payments are made on a timely basis.

Liaising with external parties such as pension providers and HMRC as required.

Processing of new starters, leavers and timely production of P45 and other tax documentation

Liaising with the operational team to ensure starter forms and right-to-work documentation is received in a timely manner

Coordination with the recruitment team in onboarding new starters.

Ensuring minimum wage legislation is adhered to

Administration of attachment of earnings orders, including ensuring timely payments

Production of ad hoc reports for the Head of Finance

Any other reasonable duties as required

**Person Specification**

This role would suit an experienced pay roller, who is looking to grow and develop and assist in the organic growth of a forward-thinking company.

Knowledge of Sage Payroll and Access People Planner would be an advantage, but full training will be given.

Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 would be beneficial.

Good numeracy and literacy skills are essential as are good written and verbal communication skills
