**The Opportunity**:
As a Programme Coordinator within our Planning & Programme team of 20 people, you will be responsible for providing efficient & high-quality support to stakeholders in your allocated programme for our livestock auditing services business. This is a high volume role that involves coordination for farm assurance, processing and managing on-farm audits.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Regularly report on programme requirements and internal performance.
- Create and update customer programme documentation & compliance.
- Navigate through several computer systems to manage and monitor open jobs.
- Contribute to continual process improvement.

**Benefits**:

- Work in the office Monday - Tuesday + Work from Home Wednesday - Friday
- Hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
- Full time permanent position
- Salary + onsite car parking + annual salary review

**Key Requirements**:

- Prior intermediate or senior level experience in a Coordination role.
- Quick at learning complex information, processes & computer systems.
- Excellent initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Fast & accurate data entry skills.
- Friendly & professional person with strong customer service skills.
