Prime Healthand Medical Imaging Partnership (MIP) is an independent sector company offering radiology services, including MRI and Ultrasound.

Established in 2010, MIP is a CQC registered and QSI (Quality Standard for Imaging) accredited provider of imaging and diagnostic services. Initially founded as a clinical collaboration of radiologists, general practitioners, and diagnostic imaging professionals for optimum delivery of MR imaging and reporting. Over the past 9 years, the company has grown and has developed three distinct service offerings: Teleradiology solutions, provision of image acquisition managed services, and wholly-owned Independent Sector Health Support and diagnostic centres.

**ROLE PURPOSE**
To ensure that Medical Imaging Partnership and Prime Health deliver the highest quality of care to their patients.
To oversee the implementation of CQC action plans at each centre and meets its regulatory requirements. To undertake clinical audit and to work with centres on closing the “audit loop.”
(Governance and quality improvement work will cover both imaging and outpatient)
**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Work with centres to ensure that MIP and Prime Health comply with all regulatory standards - CQC, IRMER, HSE.
- Support managers to ensure compliance achieved from action plans
- Support the formulation and completion of MIP and Prime Health’s clinical audit and health and safety audit programme.
- Ensure the effective management of incidents and complaints.
- Support centre managers and clinical leads in the investigation of incidents and complaints
- Participate in site quality assessment visits
- Maintain MIP’s index of policies and facilitate timely review and ratification
- Ensure MHRA safety alerts are effectively managed
- To maintain the clinical areas of the risk register.
- To work with IT on developing the required reports for each centre.
- Provide administrative support to the Clinical Governance committee.
- Support development of the annual Quality Accounts.
- Maintain own professional development.
- Work in compliance with MIP and Prime Health policies and procedures.
- Perform any other reasonable management request.
**ESENTIAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
Nursing or Radiographer qualification
**Experience**
- Prior experience of working in governance
- Prior experience of undertaking the audit processes.
- Prior experience of developing and working action plans
- Experience of event management systems
**Essential Skills/Knowledge**
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent analytical and report writing skills.
- Ability to prioritise effectively.
- Audit skills.
- Ability to understand data
**Desirable**
- Prior experience of involvement in CQC assessments
**Salary**: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
