**Job Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming and efficient dining experience. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of hospitality, from serving drinks, welcoming customers and providing excellent service, all aimed at delivering an outstanding customer experience.

**Duties**
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Assist in food preparation (Desserts)
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables and dining spaces.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care.
- Support catering events as required, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
- Stay informed about menu items, specials, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Strong skills in serving and catering, with a keen understanding of food safety practices.
- Experience as a barista is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition towards customers.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for food and hospitality, with a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
