Our Children's Homes in Rugeley are recruiting for Residential Support Workers now with **no sleep-ins **We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and passionate people to become an integral part of our support team. In this role, you will support our young people and be responsible for providing compassionate care during your time with them.

Our team currently care for young people between 12-19 who have autism and can display challenging behaviours. Our cosy home has a sensory room, dark den and an outdoor play area and as a Support Worker you will take part in activities including baking, day trips, holidays and activities in the local Blithbury community.

At Aspris Children’s Services, we are immensely proud of the career pathway and training we can offer you. As long as you can demonstrate the values needed for a role within residential childcare, we will give you all the training and support you need to become a qualified Residential Support Worker.
