Bricklayer/stonemason

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Employ masonry techniques to ensure durability and aesthetic appeal in all projects.
- Utilise power tools and hand tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and finishing stone.
- Collaborate with carpenters and other tradespeople to integrate stonework into larger construction projects.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately execute designs.
- Adhere to safety protocols while working on roofs or elevated surfaces to ensure personal safety and that of others on site.
- Maintain an organised work area, ensuring tools and materials are stored safely when not in use.

**Requirements**:

- Proven or related fields is essential.
- Proficiency with both power tools (such as saws and drills) and hand tools (such as chisels and trowels).
- Knowledge of bricklaying techniques is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labour tasks effectively.

Pay: £22.00-£26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
