**JOB TYPE**: Permanent
**SALARY**: £25,000 - £26,000
**HOURS**: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm (my client can accommodate 9am - 6pm)
**LOCATION**: Rochester

**DUTIES**:
- Managing the recruitment processes
- Advertise vacancies internally and externally
- Organise interviews with department heads
- On-boarding process
- New starting process
- Process paperwork
- Review job descriptions
- Assisting the payroll team
- Handle employee queries
- Any other ad hoc admin and project related tasks
**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
- Experience in either an Internal Recruitment role, or external i.e agency background, or a HR department as a HR Administrator
- Strong experience with the onboarding process from start to finish
- Professional and confident
- Competent with Excel, Word, and other MS systems
