**What does the role involve?**

As an Operations Apprentice, you'll join one of our friendly Operations teams whilst working towards your apprenticeship qualification. In addition to your apprenticeship studies, you'll receive **industry-leading** training** through our Customer First programme and our **accredited** EV (electric vehicle) Academy**. You'll then have the opportunity to use your newly-gained knowledge and skills to help keep some of the UK's biggest fleets moving.

Our office is based in Trowbridge where you'll spend your first few weeks full-time whilst undertaking your initial induction. After that you'll be able to choose from working in the office full-time, or opting for **hybrid working** where you can split your week between the office and working from home.

**Your duties will vary depending on which team you join, but they may include**:

- Resolving queries relating to vehicle availability, short-term hires, servicing, maintenance, and repairs
- Compliance administration and scheduling to keep vehicles safe, legal, and reliable
- Liaising with specialist teams where needed

In addition to your role above, as part of the Apprenticeship Scheme you will have the opportunity to:

- Access trained mentors who can help develop your technical skills
- Meet regularly as a cohort with our CEO

Beyond this, you'll continue to grow your career at Novuna through development conversations with your people leader.

**What are we looking for?**

You'll have recently completed your ‘A' levels (or equivalent) gaining a GCSE C/4 or above in Maths & English.

We'd also like you to be able to demonstrate:

- Good written and verbal communication skills
- You are IT literate and comfortable learning new systems and processes
- The ability to work on your own initiative
- You can adapt to change quickly and positively
