Founded in 2011 and passionate about rewriting the recruitment rulebook, our client is looking for an experienced individual to join their growing team as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, focusing on managing and building their Finance desk.

This Senior Recruitment Consultant position is fast-paced but highly rewarding. You will not only be working with the existing client base but also be responsible for finding and bringing on board your clientsmeaning greater opportunities to make more commission.

**ABOUT THE SENIOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT ROLE**:

- You will be involved in the whole recruitment process, from initial sourcing to telephone screening and sharing successful offers.
- You shall consistently exceed client expectations by providing an attentive and thorough recruitment service.
- You must develop excellent professional relationships with clients to identify new business opportunities.
- You will engage in business development to bring new clients on board to develop your own portfolio.

**YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE / BE**:

- At least 12 months experience working within Recruitment.
- Advantageous if you have industry-specific experience, but not essential.
- Show high billing receipts from the last 12 months.
- Have strong client relationship skills, with the ability to nurture relationships with existing clients whilst developing lasting ones with new clients brought on board.
- Experience working to targets, deadlines and service agreements.
- Dedicated to providing a high level of service to all clients.
- Have strong communication skills and can integrate well into a team.
- Able to confidently work multiple roles simultaneously whilst providing the same level of service and attention to all clients.
- Have a flexible approach to working, as you may be asked to support other our other recruitment teams with their recruitment campaigns.
