Upload Security are looking for 2 committed people for this role.

**Duties**
- Monitor and control access to the venue, ensuring only authorised individuals enter.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter anti-social behaviour and ensure safety.
- Utilise CCTV and surveillance systems to monitor activities within and around the venue.
- Provide first aid assistance when necessary, ensuring the wellbeing of patrons.
- Enforce venue policies and procedures, addressing any breaches in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when required.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and report any significant occurrences to management.

**Skills**
- Proficient in the use of CCTV and surveillance equipment.
- Strong understanding of first aid principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with tact.
- Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
