We have a fantastic opportunity for a Middle Office Associate to join international wealth management company, to provide administrative support to the company, including liaising with the group regarding project management.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Prepare analysis and reports for accounting intermediaries and investment managers
- Assist with the production and recording of clients' orders within Custody procedures and the CRM system
- Input orders for trades onto the Custody platforms in conjunction with the CRM system - as instructed by investment managers
- Account opening - Assist the on-boarding process; liaise with the manager, check all Client documentation received, collate, and create the Client file and CRM profile in line with Group procedures
- Assist with maintaining client records
- Provide cover and integrate with the existing HIM administration team
- Assist with the quarterly production of client information packs for hard and soft copy distribution
- Knowledge of Expersoft and Intelligent Office an advantage but not essential
