**Position Overview - Flexible on location within below mentioned Countries**

Here at Avantor we provide a range of different services to the medical sector, this includes medical equipment. MESM, a part of Avantor is looking for a logistics co-odinator to join our friendly team.
**Working hours**: 09:30-16:00 with some flexibility
**Location**: The Solutions Hub, Buckshaw Village, Chorley PR7 7EL
**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Co-ordinate collection of medical equipment from our customers sites.
- Prepare paperwork ensuring customs requirements are met.
- Make booking using the most cost and time effective method of transport.
- Update the business system with tracking information and resolve any delays with carriers or customs, communicating with the wider business as appropriate.
- Resolve customer site and equipment queries.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure customer SLA and TAT are met.
**Experience Required**
- Proven experience in a customer facing role.
- An good understanding of meeting customer SLA’s and working alongside agreed TAT’s.
- Experience using programs like Microsoft Excel as you will be updating our business system to track and book shipments
- Good organisation and time keeping skills as you will have to arrange the return of equipment in a timely manor
- A desire to learn in an interesting and diverse working environment.
