**Job Title**: Head of Marketing

**Reporting to**: Operations Director

**Department**: Marketing

**Location**: Bromborough

**Salary**: £30,000 - £35,000

**Hours of work**: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies that effectively promote our products and services
- Identify and prioritise marketing opportunities, create targeted campaigns to drive sales and revenue growth
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials and campaigns that support the sales process
- Work closely with the executive team to ensure that all marketing materials accurately reflect the features and benefits of our products and services
- Manage the company's website, social media, and other digital channels to ensure a consistent brand message
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities for growth in the education industry
- Identify, organise and prepare for events and exhibitions that would support the marketing strategies
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that all marketing activities are within budgetary guidelines
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary
- Manage current members of staff within the marketing team and any future additions

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector
- Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing strategies
- Experience in the promotion of events, exhibitions and awards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Understanding of marketing automation and CRM systems
- Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact in the industry
