**Production Operative (3 Shift) opportunity available.**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Warping Operative to join our Section Warping department, within our Woven Fabrics Division. Key responsibilities of the role include loading and unloading creels for Warping machines; loading packages onto creels; producing bobbins for the Weaving department; operating Warping machines; continuous observation to ensure the highest quality standard is met; and maintaining good housekeeping within the department.

You must have a responsible attitude, a logical approach, be able to achieve the grade standard within a given training period and work as part of a team. You need to follow health & safety regulations carefully and pay attention to detail. You will be required to demonstrate good hand/eye dexterity, numeracy and literacy skills. A consistent eye for attention to detail is critical.

We are looking for individuals who would be interested in working a 3 shift pattern as a Warping Operative.

A 3 Shift pattern is as follows:
**3 Shift**:10 shifts over 21 days (days and nights)
- Please note, a 3 Shift pattern will require both days and night shifts. 6am to 6pm, then 6pm to 6am. Each shift involves a 12 hour shift._

Full training is provided for all of our Operative roles to help you grow and develop your expertise.

**Essential Skills**
- Excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of health and safety issues in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and information.
- Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures
- Experience of using electronic machinery
- Good dexterity
- Good numerical skills
- A logical approach to problem solving.
- Ability to work well in a team and on your own.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Effective communication skills
