**Handyperson/Office Maintenance Technician | Devizes, Wiltshire. SN10 | Full Time|£26,000 + benefits**

Oakford is very lucky to be based in a Grade II Manor House in Potterne.We are looking for a competent individual with great attention to detail to maintain and develop our HQ as well as our other properties.

Ideally, you will come from a trade background and will have 3 or more years’ trade experience and be eager to work in a hands-on professional environment.

You will be hungry to succeed in your new role, willing to learn, relish challenges and demonstrate the ability to learn quickly.

This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who is able to work individually and as part of a team and adhere to company objectives and deadlines.

**What will your role as a Handyperson/Office Maintenance Technician look like?**
- General maintenance duties e.g. carpentry, decorating, pointing, plumbing, laying carpet tiles etc
- Interaction and daily oversight of other contractors
- Maintaining property exteriors including clearing gutters, cleaning glass, cutting grass etc
- Shifting and assembling furniture or equipment
- Maintaining the regular maintenance schedule
- Responsible for own and others health and safety
- Fire alarm and emergency light regular testing
- Help to maintain a mutually beneficial and positive working relationship with colleagues and customers
