**P2P Transactions Team Leader**

At Greene King we are looking for a Finance Team Leader (P2P transactions) to join the team on a hybrid working basis from our Bury St Edmunds offices. As Finance Team Leader (P2P) you will ensure that supplier invoices and credits are processed accurately, in a timely fashion and in line with company processes. Ensure that all queries are responded to quickly and efficiently whilst identifying areas of process improvement. Line management for a small team to deliver P2P metrics improvement.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Ensure the integrity of supplier transactions
- Championing compliance to all P2P processes internally and externally
- Accurate and efficient responses to internal and external queries
- Continuous focus on process improvement and establishing root causes of late invoice approval / payments
- Working with the P2P Query Team Manager and Process Manager to identify improvements to the P2P processes
- Driving improvement in P2P metrics
- Line management duties to include regular one to ones and check ins together with annual development reviews
