This will be based at the house of Frazer High Wycombe Store. We need a highly motivated person to greet staff and sell womenswear clothes.
- Serving customers and dealing with enquiries
- Processing cash, card and online payments
- Updating customer records in the company’s database as required
- Handling product returns and payment refund requests
- Reporting any inventory or service issues to management and the appropriate Account Manager immediately
- Promoting products based on the company’s directives
- Arranging products on the shelves and on promotional displays
- Unpacking and sorting new stock delivery
- Managing product inventory at the store
- Keeping the store clean

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £8.04-£11.19 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Eden Shopping Centre High Wycombe Buckinghamshire, HP11 2PZ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
