**Client Details**
My client is looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to join their fantastic team based in Chichester.
**Description**
The key responsibilities of the Customer Service Team Leader will be:
- Taking personal ownership for your team's results
- Conducting quality monitoring on claims handling and provide feedback to the team in the appropriate way
- Ensuring that all complaints received are responded to within 24 hours, with the appropriate complaints being referred and logged
- Ensuring that the team fully investigates all claims and complaints
- Conducting staff objectives setting and performance reviews and 1-2-1 meetings
- Supporting other Team Managers as required to maintain service levels
- Providing leadership, motivation, and support to staff
- Identifying training needs, steer training provision and coach staff as appropriate
**Profile**
The successful Customer Service Team Leader will have:
- A good standard of education and be able to demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills
- Previous managerial or supervisory experience, preferably in an insurance environment or customer service role
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills and good telephone manner
**Job Offer**
The successful customer Service Team Leader will be entitled to:
- £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
- Incremental holiday plan. 25 days a year, plus 8 public holidays
- Sponsorship for apprenticeships and professional qualifications
- Contributory pension scheme
- Free on-site parking
