**Job Role Summary**

This is a fast-paced, varied, guest facing hospitality role which predominently focuses on delivering smashing coffees. As well as your usual barista duties there may well be bar, and restaurant duties involved too. There with be queues to manage, celebrations to host, and responsibilities to juggle

**Key Responsibilities and tasks**:

- Preparing all hot drinks using a semi-automatic coffee machine.
- Welcoming guests, providing menus and supplying table accompaniments.
- Taking and processing orders on the tablet and advising guests on orders.
- Delivering food and drinks to the table.
- Clearing and cleaning tables, loading the dishwasher.
- Mixing, preparing, and pouring drinks at the bar.
- Running and calling numbers for the outdoor service of food and drinks.
- Taking and processing payments.
- Setting up and packing down for each day.
- Cleaning and re-stocking.
- Assisting with all other duties where appropriate.

**Qualification and Experience Required**:

- Proven previous barista experience in a restaurant, pub, café or bar.
- Food hygiene certificate (desirable).

**Experience**:
