**About the Role**
The Golf Sales Coordinator will oversee the efficient and professional co-ordination of all Suite Golf and other residential Golf packages at The Old Course Hotel, Golf Resort & Spa, always providing exceptional customer care as well as maximizing revenue-making opportunities.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Ensure prompt, efficient, and personal attention on a one-to-one basis with all parties interested in residential Golf Packages at the Old Course Hotel
- Process all residential golf packages enquiries and maintain efficient chases for converting enquiries to provisional/confirmed bookings via Delphi & Resort Suite. Including but not limited to Suite Golf, Old Course Hotel Pro-Am, Winter Golf Packages
- Provide an end to end ‘one-touch’ service for guests, organizing all elements of their stay to enhance guest experience
- Liaise internally with other departments to ensure each group is coordinated successfully and all relevant information is passed on appropriately
- Work closely with our external golf partners to deliver a seamless experience for our guests
- Work closely with the Golf Sales and wider Sales team to utilize packages to deliver larger groups across the market segments
- Correspond with each customer as appropriate, confirming all details relating to the event in question at each stage of the booking process, in accordance with hotel standards
- Ensure billing details are accurate and payments procedures for each event are organised in compliance with hotel policy
- Ensure external invoices are processed in an efficient and accurate manner
- Acquire a good working knowledge of the local area, being able to recommend and assist guests with any additional requirements
- Meet and liaise with clients upon their arrival, assist and act as host where required throughout the course of their stay
- Processing of group contract and invoices on behalf of the wider Golf Sales team

**About You**
You will be a confident, enthusiastic and driven individual with sales experience. Ideally you will have experience of working within a hospitality setting. You will be a strong communicator and have excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.

**Salary**
This is an exciting permanent opportunity, working 40 hours per week. A competitive salary is offered, depending on experience, along with a vast range of associate benefits.
