Architectural Technologist

We are Archi-Scape, a forward thinking and dynamic Chartered Architectural Practice based in Cheshire. We are ambitious and have plans to grow considerably over the next few years into a multi-disciplinary studio and we need the best talent possible to join our team.

We are seeking a talented Architectural Technologist with 5+ years experience to join our team and support on a number of projects across the studio**.**

**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities - include but are not limited to**:

- Production and development of construction drawings;
- Continuous development of libraries and templates;
- Ensuring risk, quality and best practice guidelines are met.

**Key Experience**:

- Demonstrate competence and experience within RIBA stages 2-5;
- Experience working within residential and care home sectors;
- Track record of detailing;
- Good knowledge of modern methods of construction including but not limited to ICF and SIP panel construction;
- Working within small design teams alongside specialist consultants

**Key Skills**:

- Strong technical and detailing skills;
- Good understanding of the relationship between design concept and detailed delivery;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Good organisation skills, particularly time and project management;
- A positive attitude to sustainability and our collective core values;
- Highly proficient in AutoCAD and Revit;
- Proficient in writing NBS specifications;
- Literate in all relevant UK legislative and other building codes (Incl. Building regulations / NHBC standards / BREEAM principles and criteria / Party Wall Matters / Passivhaus).

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year
