**Enterprise Architect - Azure, Saas, Paas Overview**:

- Assist in building out the clients architecture governance framework to a baseline position, with a roadmap to governance maturity.
- The baseline Architecture Governance Framework should cover the necessary standards, policies and operating procedures.
- The client have an established an MVP set of architecture forums with ToR and Roles/Responsibilities, along with build permit / waiver / technical debt registers that are regularly reviewed. This is just enough to meet the control framework, but the clientwant to drive forward and establish a more robust framework that can mature in line with the evolving technology needs of the client
- The client have recently brought on permanent employees in EA, SA and IA roles who have established the current MVP framework. The EA contract resource will work closely with this team.

**Context**:

- The change portfolio is ambitious, so the client want to be prepared to support this with appropriate architectural governance.

**Experience**:

- EA who has experience of setting up / establishing architecture practice, coaching/mentoring existing staff.

**Contract length**:

- 3 months, with possibility to extend month by month, up to 6 months
