We have recently announced the creation of Pilgrim's Shared Services, a fourth stand-alone company, which will bring together some of the support functions of our current three businesses (Moy Park, excluding France and Netherlands, Pilgrim's UK & Pilgrim'sFood Masters). Its purpose is to deliver a high-quality shared service to those three businesses.
As the business grows, this shared service will broaden opportunities for career development as part of a far larger organisation. We will also continue our investment in technology to drive efficiencies and improved ways of working.
A dedicated Transactional Services team will be created to deliver a high-quality and cost-effective service to the Business Units. Reporting to the HR Systems and Analytics Manager, we are pleased to advise that we are now recruiting for an HR Data Analyst.
The Role
This role will analyse and clearly define business reporting requirements, gathering an understanding of systems used and processes followed. This role will design, build and test the organisational reporting requirements within all HR Information systems
This role also provides secondary level support to internal customers on existing or new reporting solutions. This role will also help in the support of the QlikView installation. Central to this role is the ability to communicate effectively and build relationshipswith key business users across all divisions within the business.
Job Responsibilities
- Undertake analysis and reporting development work, (analysis, design, understanding and matching business requirements, implementing, support and maintaining) related to existing and new reporting requirements, processes and procedures.
- Perform end user support function for all corporate reporting during implementation
- Collaboratively interpret the needs of internal customers, create reporting models that meet those needs and maximise the benefits of existing systems and processes.
- Develop functional design, systems specification, testing and implementation plans for ongoing reporting and dashboard requests for all people related data in the hire to retire process
- Develop quantitative and qualitative insights and reporting, through analytics and the maintenance of data integrity
- Develop data visualisations reporting suites, using software tools to create dashboards, graphs and data insights with commentary to support individual business needs
- Collaborate with key business stakeholders to keep abreast of business reporting requirements
- Data aggregation, validation, audit and reconciliation
- Provide analysis and recommendations to enable business decisions and prioritisation
- Identify relationships and trends in data, be curious and use data techniques to analyse information
What You'll Need
- Highly advanced Excel and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex findings and ideas in plain language to all levels of the business
- Experience working in multi-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to process, record and report data
- Possess effective communication skills and demonstrate the ability to communicate at all levels to maintain and build vital relationships
- Ability to organise and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines and have the drive to deliver results is essential
- Strong work ethics and reliability, with meticulous attention to detail
Desirable
- Experience in the food manufacturing or Agriculture environment.
- Experience implementing and co-ordinating the production of a 'corporate reporting suite'.
- Working knowledge of reporting technologies such as Power BI and SQL products and demonstrable track record in reporting development using the product(s).
- High level data mining skills, including the ability to integrate, manipulate and configure various data sources
- Experience using SAP Success Factors and Kronos, or a similar Tier one solution
